Chat Support Executive

Job Description:

We are hiring a Chat Support Executive for our on-site team in Ghari Town, Phase-05, Islamabad. This role is ideal for beginners or fresh candidates who have a good command of English and are comfortable communicating with clients primarily through chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle client communication mainly via chat
• Occasionally attend client calls when required
• Update CRM accurately and on time
• Regular follow-ups with clients
• Maintain professional and clear written communication
• Ensure proper documentation of chats and client interactions

Requirements:

• Good written English communication (must)
• Computer skills - G-suite is a plus
• Can update CRM timely and accurately
• Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
