Chat Support (Day Shift)

*Location:* (Gulistan E Jauhar Block 8)

*Type:* Full‑time, Day Shift (9 AM‑5 PM)

*Role:* Respond to customer messages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc., providing quick, friendly solutions.

*Key Duties*

• Answer chats promptly

• Resolve issues, escalate as needed

• Keep customers satisfied

• Stay current on products & policies

*Requirements*

• Strong written communication (English/(local language))

• Prior customer‑support or social‑media experience a plus

• Ability to work independently & in a team

• Good problem‑solving skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
