📍 Location: Gurugram (Work From Office)
🏢 Process: International BFSI Chat Support
🕒 Shift: 24/7 Rotational (5 Days Working | 2 Weekly Offs)
🚕 Cab Facility: Available (Within Hiring Zone)
🔹 Role Overview:
- Handle customer queries via live chat
- Manage multiple chats simultaneously
- Provide accurate support for financial products/services
- Ensure high-quality service & customer satisfaction
- Work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
🔹 Eligibility:
✔ Graduate / Undergraduate
✔ Minimum 6 months BFSI experience (Mandatory)
✔ Typing Speed: 35+ WPM
✔ Excellent English Communication (Written & Verbal)
✔ Ability to handle multiple chats
🔹 Interview Process:
