What You'll Do
Assist customers with hotel bookings, cancellations, and special requests via live chat
Provide accurate information about hotel details, policies, and availability
Ensure smooth and efficient support with a friendly and professional tone
Handle multiple chats while maintaining attention to detail
Who We're Looking For
No previous experience required—training provided
Strong written English and reading comprehension skills
Basic computer knowledge and fast typing (at least 35–40 WPM preferred)
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Open to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
