Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chat Support Agent based in Lahore. The Chat Support Agent will manage real-time customer interactions, provide assistance for queries, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires effective communication, maintaining a positive customer experience, and contributing to the ongoing improvement of support services.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to handle and resolve inquiries with professionalism.
Excellent Communication skills for clear, empathetic, and efficient interaction with diverse customers.
Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage time effectively.
Experience in customer support services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
Bachelors degree or Equivalent is preffered
Salary Range: 50-60k Basic plus bonuses and incentives based on perfomance
