Job Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Chat Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Shopee and Lazada
  • Order Assistance: Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping status, delivery timelines, cancellations, and returns
  • Product Support: Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
  • Customer Experience: Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone in all chat interactions
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns efficiently while following platform and internal policies
  • Rating & Performance: Help maintain high store ratings and response time metrics
  • Documentation: Record and track customer concerns and resolutions as needed

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in chat support, customer service, or eCommerce marketplace support (Shopee/Lazada experience is a strong advantage)
