Job Responsibilities
- Marketplace Chat Support: Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages on Shopee and Lazada
- Order Assistance: Handle inquiries related to orders, shipping status, delivery timelines, cancellations, and returns
- Product Support: Provide accurate product information and guidance to help customers make informed decisions
- Customer Experience: Maintain a polite, friendly, and professional tone in all chat interactions
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer concerns efficiently while following platform and internal policies
- Rating & Performance: Help maintain high store ratings and response time metrics
- Documentation: Record and track customer concerns and resolutions as needed
Qualifications
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in chat support, customer service, or eCommerce marketplace support (Shopee/Lazada experience is a strong advantage)
