Adecco is currently hiring an On-site VOIP App Support Agents for a Full-time 2 month opportunity with the possibility of extension in Halifax, NS. This role is ideal for someone with strong typing skills who enjoys a mix of customer service and chatting online!
  • Pay Rate: $18/HR
  • Location: Halifax, NS
  • Schedule: Full-time, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Monday - Sunday (Rotational Schedule)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time | 2-month Assignment
Responsibilities
  • Help customers and provide minor technical support with inquiries regarding their cellphone account, mobile device, or billing in English via our chat support system. No phone contacts.
  • Take ownership of each inquiry you handle. You'll act as their advocate for any escalations. One-touch resolution is the goal.
