Chartered Building Surveyor Complex Repairs x 2 - Redcar & Scarborough

You will work as part of the Complex Repairs Team, alongside Team Leaders to ensure the organisation is able to respond effectively to disrepair claims, damp & mould issues and complex repairs. You will undertake inspections, draw up survey reports and detailed specifications of work, and will then monitor the progress of works against quality standards, timescales, H&S requirements, and costs, keeping customers updated throughout. The work will involve liaison with legal and insurance teams, and acting as an expert witness in any court proceedings. You’ll also work alongside planning teams to identify trends to drive organisation wide actions to proactively reduce future issues.
