Designation: Assistant Manager (Finance)
Need a process and a detail-oriented candidate for financial reporting in the Finance function.
A. Reporting & Financial processes
- Preparation of the financials
- Monthly closure of the books on time & preparation of MI
- Ensuring the debtor ageing should not be > 30 days.
- Reasons of creditors outstanding > 60 days, advance standing > 30 days & provision > 30 days
- Ensuring there are no debit balances in sundry creditors and advances > 15 days.
- Maintaining cost parity with the HoldCo and informing HoldCo of any best practices in the subsidiary.
- Regularly looking to cut & optimize the cost.
- Analyzing the monthly cost and providing the reason for the variance.
- Preparation of financial statements, budgeting, and AOPs.
