Senior Manager – Finance & Strategy | HNB Engineers

Location: Pune

Experience: 3-4 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with VP and leadership on strategic financial planning
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements as per Ind AS
  • Oversee end-to-end accounting and statutory compliance
  • Handle GST, Income Tax, ROC, and audit matters
  • Liaison with government authorities for financial and regulatory issues
  • Manage audits, assessments, and statutory filings
  • Lead finance team and improve financial processes

Requirements:

  • CA / CMA / MBA (Finance)
  • Strong knowledge of Ind AS, GST, Income Tax
  • Experience in engineering / infrastructure / consultancy firms preferred
