CoKaCo, a part of NNM Group, is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our Mumbai team. This opportunity offers hands-on experience working with startups and SMEs across fundraising, valuation, strategic finance, and transaction advisory projects.
š¹ What You'll Do:
ā¢ Develop financial models and perform valuation analysis
ā¢ Work on company buy-sell transactions and private equity execution
ā¢ Conduct due diligence, research, and transaction documentation
ā¢ Prepare investment memoranda, pitch books, and presentations
ā¢ Build and manage relationships with clients, investors, and lenders
ā¢ Support risk assessment, SWOT analysis, and strategic financial planning
ā¢ Collaborate with internal teams on high-impact projects
