About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented finance professional to manage end-to-end financial operations, project finance, statutory compliance, and financial reporting for our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to project-based accounting within Infrastructure, Real Estate, or EPC sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Oversee project finance, fund utilization, working capital planning, and cash flow management
• Ensure compliance with Companies Act, Income Tax, GST, and other applicable statutory regulations
• Handle direct and indirect taxation including filings, assessments, audits, and notices
• Coordinate with banks, financial institutions, lenders, and statutory/internal auditors
