Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to manage financial reporting, taxation, statutory compliance, MIS, and RERA-related financial operations for our real estate projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Prepare and present monthly MIS, cash flow statements, and project profitability reports
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations
  • Manage RERA financial reporting, designated accounts, and CA-certified submissions
  • Oversee project-wise accounting, revenue recognition, and WIP...
