Job Description
Responsibilities Preparation of costings and proposals for charters. (Trip cost estimates); Liaison with Scheduling Manager in respect of aircraft and crew
availability as well as the most efficient and cost-effective utilisation of
the crew; Liaise with Legal section in respect of Charter Agreements and ensure all
relevant inclusions / exclusion / payment terms are covered; Liaise with customer regarding the conclusion of the Charter Agreement
and maintain regular interaction with the customer; Hold pre-flight briefings with all concerned on charter flights ensuring all
sections are aware of charter details; Monitor all aspects of the charter flight; Reconcile and verify all charter flight costs and ensure all payment terms
are met; Ensure business development through follow up on quotes provided and
