As electricity demand continues to grow over the next several decades, utilities and asset owners must deploy new equipment and extend the service life of existing transformers to maintain grid reliability and performance. Transformer life‑extension projects also offer meaningful sustainability benefits by reducing the need for new equipment manufacturing.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Manage multiple transformer service projects related to maintenance and life‑extension activities
• Ensure high‑quality project execution across engineering, logistics planning, and field service phases
• Act as the primary customer interface from order handover through project completion
• Develop, control, and monitor project budgets, including expense forecasting
• Create detailed project schedules, resource plans, and execution strategies
