The objective of the position of Project Manager at Menard Canada is to manage and coordinate ground improvement projects, mainly standard to moderately complex, from feasibility study to final delivery, ensuring compliance with costs, deadlines and quality requirements.
Project Management and Planning
Review tender documentsCarry out feasibility studies and budgetsCarry out price requests and develop estimatesPrepare service offers and ensure customer follow-upsDevelop work programmes, implementation plans and timelinesParticipate in project coordination meetingsCoordinate proposal preparation and support preconstruction activitiesReview project opportunities, risks and execution strategies during the bidding phaseCollaborate with internal teams to develop competitive technical and commercial proposalsCoordination of operations and resources
