JOB ROLE :

The candidate will work on the evaluation and characterization of elementary
components of BCD technologies under development (CMOS and DMOS transistors, OTP cells, capacitors) and on the characterization of dielectrics (SiO2 thermal oxides, IMD, PMD, phosphosilicate glasses, polymeric materials).
