Role Summary
The Chapter Manager – Quality Engineering will lead the organization's quality strategy, automation maturity, and QE capability across multiple product teams. This role is responsible for driving continuous testing, embedding quality into CI/CD pipelines, building high-performing QE teams, and ensuring reliable, high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Quality Engineering strategy and roadmap
- Lead test automation across UI, API, and performance testing
- Build and manage the QE chapter (QA, SDET, Automation Engineers)
- Drive shift-left testing and CI/CD test integration
- Partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and SRE teams
- Track and improve quality metrics such as defect leakage and automation coverage
