Chapter Lead: Power Electronics & Controls (Critical Power)

ABB is seeking a leader for the Critical Power Agile Unit, responsible for guiding and coaching team members in power electronics and controls. The role requires over 5 years of R&D experience in high-power converters and strong communication skills in English. Work will be related to developing standards and performing lab tests, standardizing methods, and leading recruitment processes.

This position is part of a global initiative focusing on energy transition and sustainability. Preferred locations include Richmond (USA) or Napier (New Zealand), but candidates in Finland are also encouraged to apply.
