The purpose of this rewarding Chaplaincy role is to provide spiritual

guidance, and emotional support to Senior's Community Support at home. You will be making an impact servicing multiple locations in McArthur Region of Sydney and surrounding areas 2 days a week.

Key responsibilities include  

  • Working collaboratively with other Chaplains, Support at home staff & Manager.

  • ​​​Develop strong relationships with local churches in the area

  • Provide a Christ centred pastoral approach and be an example of Christian living ​

  • Support clients with their spiritual needs at home, facilitate their ongoing spiritual growth, enable non-Christian residents to explore the Christian faith and encourage Christian residents in their faith. 

  • When appropriate, provide pastoral support to the families of residents & clients
