ABOUT THE ROLE
A leading global provider of network infrastructure solutions is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Leader to grow, build and lead their channel partner management function across India. This is a significant opportunity to establish the channel strategy and partner ecosystem for a company at the forefront of the infrastructure industry.
As Channel Leader, you will:
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of 8–10 channel managers across India
• Establish and implement channel partner strategy, targeting tier-1 and tier-2 distribution and system integrator partners
• Own partner recruitment, enablement, performance management and revenue targets
• Build scalable processes for partner onboarding, training and certification
• Collaborate with Sales, Product and Marketing to align partner incentives with business objectives
