Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven, commercially minded professional to accelerate the performance of our indirect channels through actionable insights, business modelling, and strategic recommendations. This high-visibility role partners closely with sales leadership to shape channel strategy, optimise partner performance, and drive business growth.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end channel performance diagnosis, identifying growth blockers and opportunities across distributors and clusters.
Build executive-ready dashboards and performance packs that simplify complex data into actionable insights.
Conduct deep-dive analytics on sell-in, sell-through, activation, and promotions to guide strategic decisions and resource prioritisation.
Translate findings into evidence-backed recommendations for sales, trade, and distribution leaders.
Ensure data integrity and reliability across DMS and POS systems to enable accurate, actionable reporting.
