1. Offline Agent Recruitment & Management
Identify, approach, and recruit potential agents through on-site visits and face-to-face engagement.

2. Field Promotion & Local Activation
Execute offline promotional activities such as mall activations, merchant visits, and local events.
Coordinate and deploy offline materials
Ensure all on-site activities follow company guidelines and reporting standards.
3. Mall & Merchant Channel Development
Conduct field visits to malls, food courts, office buildings, and community locations.
Approach merchants or tenants and convert them into long term agent partners.
Assist with basic coordination related to booths, displays, or promotional replacement.
4. On-site Reporting & Execution Tracking
Record daily field activities, merchant visits and agent status updates
