Role Overview

The Channel Development Specialist is responsible for driving revenue, distribution, profitability, and execution targets by managing and developing distributor capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand and optimize distribution by identifying growth opportunities and ensuring product availability
  • Acquire new accounts and manage existing customers to drive sales growth
  • Execute route‑to‑market and trade programs across channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
  • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to achieve targets
  • Support distributor operations, ensuring alignment with company standards and processes
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and maintaining smooth business relationships
  • Ensure proper execution of promotions in collaboration with Trade Marketing
