Responsibilities:
Maintain strong market knowledge by keeping close contact with customers, understanding their needs, feedback, and perception of the company’s brands. Analyze product performance across different B2B channels and identify improvement opportunities. Scout and evaluate new B2B channels for current and future solutions to drive growth. Drive the strategic direction and market positioning of the company’s Solutions and Bakery Ingredients brands across all key channels. Ensure each brand has a clear and differentiated identity aligned with customer and market needs. Oversee the full product development lifecycle from opportunity identification, R&D briefing, market testing, and launch. Partner with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Packaging, Operations, Procurement, and Finance) to ensure timely, high-quality product rollouts.
