We are looking for an experienced Channel Development Executive to expand SOLT's presence across hospitals and healthcare institutions in India. The role focuses on B2B sales, channel development, and partner management within the medical equipment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive B2B sales of wireless nurse call systems to hospitals and healthcare facilities

* Develop, manage, and expand hospital channels across assigned regions

* Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, system integrators, and partners

* Identify new business opportunities within hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare chains

* Manage the complete sales cycle including lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures

* Coordinate with internal teams and SOLT (South Korea) for technical support and project execution
