职位描述Deliver channel P&L analysis and business recommendations to steer profitable channel growth. 负责渠道损益（P&L）分析，并提供业务建议，推动渠道实现盈利性增长。 Work closely with the sales team to fully support business development through margin analysis, trade term design and execution, and investment evaluation. 与销售团队紧密合作，通过利润率分析、贸易条款设计与执行以及投资回报评估等工作，全面支持业务发展。 Cooperate with related departments to define promotion activity mechanisms and track spending to ensure efficiency and ROI targets are achieved. 与相关部门协作制定促销活动机制，并跟踪费用投入情况，确保活动效率及投资回报率（ROI）达到预期目标。 Identify operational issues and bottlenecks, and improve efficiency through process enhancement and system optimization. 识别业务运营中的问题及瓶颈，通过流程优化和系统改善提升整体运营效率。 Support ad hoc projects and requests, especially those initiated by senior management, including new business model evaluations and related financial simulations. 支持各类临时性项目及管理层需求，特别是新业务模式评估及相关财务测算分析工作。
