We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support technology‑enabled transformation initiatives within a global environment. The role focuses on shaping and executing organizational change strategies, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring effective adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working. 

Responsibilities
  • Shape and execute change management strategies, including impact assessment, readiness evaluation, stakeholder analysis and adoption planning.
  • Lead workshops and engagement forums with business stakeholders to gather insights, align expectations and co‑design future-state change approaches.
