Our client requires a change manager for large, complex IT and clinical system implementations within a healthcare environment. Responsibilities include driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training strategies to support standardized clinical and technology transformations across multiple organizations. Success in this role requires deep expertise in Prosci ADKAR, healthcare change initiatives, executive communications, and large scale training enablement.


Services will be performed remotely within Canada.
