The Change Management Expert applies a structured methodology for change management on projects and initiatives. The purpose is to create adoption for those impacted, to be able to realize benefits. The role also includes supporting and guiding communication efforts, assess change impact and support training efforts.

Unit Change Manager ensures the Unit’s project portfolio is prioritized according to the Unit’s strategic targets and business needs, and that the Unit’s teams have the needed capacity and capability to deploy the change projects successfully.
