Role Summary The Change Manager drives successful adoption of organizational change and transformation initiatives by applying structured change management methodologies. This role ensures stakeholders are engaged, equipped, and supported throughout the change journey, enabling the organization to achieve desired outcomes and maximize value realization. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with project and business objectives including C&P, BTC, FBT and FBT Customer priorities. • Engage stakeholders and build strong sponsor coalitions. • Design and deliver targeted communication plans. • Coordinate training and enablement programs for relevant stakeholders. • Integrate change management activities into overall project delivery. • Monitor adoption metrics and report progress to leadership.
