What’s the role?

As a Change Manager you will be responsible for the hands-on execution of end-to-end change management across UNITE - working with the Senior Change Manager & Change Lead to deliver change into the business, and ensuring organisational and customer readiness for a seamless, customer-centric transition.​ 

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Change Impact Assessment: Complete detailed change impact assessments to clearly define scope, outcomes and benefits.​
• Change Planning & Delivery: Develop detailed change plans and deliver change activities across UNITE, following Group and Divisional frameworks.​
• Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder analysis and proactively engage impacted stakeholders across UNITE.​
