  • This Local Council is seeking an experienced Change Manager to work on a large ERP upgrade and implementation compliance, risk & strategy platform.

    Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage the development and planning of business change management deliverables
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Assist the People and Culture team with anticipated organisational changes
  • Develop and deliver organisational change strategies and plans
  • Develop understanding of business process documents and other project related documents
  • Developer key stakeholder and communication plans
