Our client requires a Change Manager to support major data and digital focused transformation initiatives within a public sector program division, providing end to end change management leadership across multiple strategic projects. Responsibilities include developing and executing change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, impact assessments, and communication plans to ensure successful transition from current to future state. This position requires strong collaboration with cross functional teams, senior leadership, and project sponsors to drive organizational readiness and adoption.


Resource will work remotely.
