Overview

Change Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the goals of the Cyber Security modernization program; identify change impacts, stakeholder groups, and risk areas.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between technical project teams, business units, and executive leadership; engage early and often with key stakeholders to communicate the vision, rationale, and benefits of the modernization initiative.
• Staff Reskilling and Support: Oversee the creation and execution of reskilling plans for cybersecurity staff, including training programs, coaching, and support resources; ensure teams are equipped to operate new tools and adopt revised procedures with confidence.
