Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Must have minimum 7-10 years leading organizational change initiatives or providing internal change consultation in complex environments. (Non-negotiable)
Must have proven track record of leading enterprise-wide change initiatives (systems, processes, culture, or organizational structure). (Non-negotiable)
Must have strong understanding of change management processes and how individuals and teams transition through change. (Non-negotiable)
Must have solid years of experience in managing change for largescale transformation efforts. (Non-negotiable)
Must have strong knowledge of structured change management methodologies and frameworks (Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, etc.). (Non-negotiable)
