Job Description

A Change Manager is currently required for a 3-month contract, with an option to extend to work on a business facing IT System project upgrading the project management tool.
Key Responsibilities

  • Detailed Change Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive, detailed change plan to support the project lifecycle.
  • End-to-End Change Management: Own the full change management lifecycle, ensuring all project milestones are supported
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a conduit between the project team and the business, ensuring stakeholders are engaged, aligned, and prepared for the upcoming system changes.
  • Business & IT Alignment: Bridge the gap between business processes and technical IT requirements, ensuring the solution is adopted effectively and business outcomes are achieved.
  • Readiness & Support: Lead business readiness activities, including impact assessments, communication, and training support.
