As a Change Manager, you’ll play a critical role in delivering meaningful, enterprise‑wide change across Australian Retirement Trust. Reporting to the Change Management Lead, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing change strategies and plans across a portfolio of medium‑sized initiatives of intermediate complexity.

Working closely with project teams and business stakeholders, you’ll help ensure change is embedded successfully, risks are actively managed, and people are supported through transformation — all aligned to ART’s Project Delivery Framework.
