Change Management Specialist

Position Overview

As a Finance Change Management Specialist, you will report to the Finance Change Management Manager and play an important role in helping deliver change management and people readiness solutions. You will facilitate the successful planning, execution, and adoption of changes impacting the global Finance organization, and serve as the Finance Enablement Team’s (FET) regional representative and primary point of contact for Autodesk employees in the APAC region. As a skilled relationship builder, you will ensure a “One Autodesk” approach by partnering closely with other members, project managers, leaders of all levels, and business subject matter experts to ensure impacted employees, stakeholders, and teams are engaged and prepared to adopt a variety of changes.
