Change Management Specialist -

Initial contract goes till end of Dec . 2 days/week on-site in North Van (Thursdays mandatory). 40 hours/week.

Must Have:

  • Minimum five years of leading, designing, and delivering organizational change programs and plans.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives within a large, complex organization.
  • Proven experience and must be comfortable working on multiple (3-4) large projects at a time
  • Proven experience in making project level decisions and recommendations about change management needs.
  • Experience working in Crown Corporations and Public Sector is an asset.
  • Professional Change Management designation or certification is an asset (e.g. CCMP, CMC, ACMP, Prosci).
