Job Description
**Change Management Practitioner**
The Change Management Practitioner supports the successful achievement of people-dependent return on investment for assigned initiatives / value streams. For each initiative / value stream supported, this role establishes metrics (speed of adoption, utilization, and proficiency), conducts an assessment of the change impact according to the organization's standards, supports communications and training activities, maximizes associate adoption, minimizes resistance, and achieves business results.

+ Contribute to the creation and implementation of change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance for strategic, cross-functional business line initiatives.
