Overview:
- The Change Management Coordinator is responsible for the development, delivery and review of Clinical Information Systems (CIS) change management related programs, projects and services that ensure the implementation, support and management of systems adhere to established quality and ITIL based change management processes and procedures.
- The role also coordinates and delivers a range of complex change related administrative functions, including reviewing Requests for Change (RFCs) to evaluate impacts, providing expert advice to change initiators and external staff in the co-ordination of deployments, and providing a secretariat service to Release Management meetings
