Change Management Consultant Overall experience of 6–7 years, with at least 3–4 years of hands-on involvement in managing transformation projects across business or technology domains • Master’s degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences • Ability to influence stakeholders towards a common vision and maintain strong relationships with clients and project managers • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio); familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, Articulate, etc. is a plus • Exposure to domains such as CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services is desirable, along with a strong inclination towards technology-enabled change (e.g., automation, AI) • Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously, work effectively with geographically dispersed teams, and contribute to a collaborative tea...
