Change Management Analyst

Develop and execute hands-on change management deliverables in support of the initiative.

Create practical change artifacts such as stakeholder assessments, impact assessments, readiness materials, communication products, engagement materials, training materials, job aids, quick reference guides, FAQs, presentations, and end-user support content.

Lead and run stakeholder engagement sessions, workshops, alignment meetings, demos, walkthroughs, and other change-related working sessions.

Work directly with business and project teams to identify impacts, gather information, validate messaging, and translate project changes into usable stakeholder-facing materials.

Draft and update clear communication materials for leadership, business users, operational teams, and other impacted groups.
