Cemex in Monterrey is seeking a Change Management Consultant to drive IT project changes by developing and implementing robust change management strategies that maximize employee adoption. You will identify stakeholders, design engagement plans, and lead communication and training efforts to ensure a smooth transition across multiple projects.

You will also assess impacts on people and processes, address resistance, mitigate risks, and document outcomes to support ongoing organizational learning
