Our Change Control / Validation Engineer is dedicated to ensuring seamless change management across the assigned department. Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and validating engineering change orders, while leading cross-functional teams to implement these changes effectively. Working closely with various plant personnel, from assembly staff to senior management, we facilitate the smooth introduction of engineering changes into production. By maintaining a detailed change information database and providing technical support, we ensure that changes are executed accurately and on time, while consistently monitoring and reporting progress throughout the process.
