Change Communications Lead

Initial 12 Months Contract

Talent International is working in partnership with a large government organisation to assist in sourcing an experienced 'Change Communications Lead' who has worked on large transformation projects.

Key Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience developing change communications strategies and products.
  • Experience working with a variety of stakeholders ranging in from front line staff to executives
  • Tertiary level qualifications (at degree level) in communications, business or a related discipline, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through practical experience.
  • 5+ years' experience developing and delivering internal communications strategies, preferably in a change context.
  • Strong project management experience
