Change Analyst

We are seeking a highly motivated Change Manager/Analyst to join our Organisation and People pillar within the Polaris programme. This role will be instrumental in the successful delivery of change activities to support our people through the transformation, ensuring that the business is fully prepared and equipped to embrace the Polaris Org and People programme. Supported by the Org & People Change Manager, and wider Org and People Team, you will proactively manage the planning and implementations of change activities to help build our new Finance Shared Service Centre

Requirements

• Responsible for supporting the change plan to enable successful set up of our Global Shared Service Centre
