Senior leadership experience gained at board, executive or senior strategic level, demonstrating responsibility for organisational direction and major decision‑making.Prior board or trustee service as a trustee, non‑executive director, or board member, with a clear understanding of the legal duties and responsibilities of charity trustees.Proven chairing and consensus‑building, including experience setting agendas, managing meetings, and guiding the Board to timely, well‑founded decisions.Financial literacy and oversight capability, sufficient to interrogate management accounts, approve budgets, oversee reserves policy, and ensure financial accountability.Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑building skills, with a collaborative working style in partnership with the Chief Executive, senior leadership, staff, and volunteers.Able to commit to a minimum of 6 Board meetings per year and 4 days per mon...
