Key Responsibilities Create and implement a financial plan that is in line with company goals. Supervise forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting. Make that all tax, regulatory, and IFRS/GAAP regulations are followed. Control capital structure, funding methods, and cash flow. Oversee internal controls, audit procedures, and risk management. Provide financial performance and strategic opportunity advice to the CEO and Board. Develop and oversee the finance staff.
